REGISTRATION INFORMATION

 

In order for your child to be in class on the first day of school, he or she will need to be registered. All students need to register, even those who are returning to Lincoln. Our registration schedule is as follows:

 

August 8th – Registration Day for 8th graders (A-L: 8am - 10am; M-Z 12am-2pm) 

 

August 10th – Registration Day for 7th graders (A-L: 8am - 10am; M-Z 12am-2pm)  Must have Tdap Vaccination

 

August 13th Registration Day for 6th graders & Panther Camp Orientation in the MPR (A-L: 8am - 10am; M-Z 12am-2pm) 

 

Students need to accompany their parents on registration day due to the fact pictures and ID cards will be taken on registration day!

 

Please register your child and bring two proofs of residence and a data confirmation sheet from the Aeries Portal (see below).  7th graders will need a proof of their Tdap vaccination (for low/no cost clinics, click here: www.getimmunizedca.org) or call 1-877-243-8832 to locate a provider. Be prepared to pick up textbooks and to purchase needed items at the student store. If you have children in more than one grade level, you can register them both on the same day.

How to:

- Click on: PRINT DATA CONFIRMATION SHEET link   

- Click: Log in with email address or Create New Account (if one is not set up yet)

- Click: 1-Student Demographics (Review the information on the Demographics

   page to confirm that all information is still the same.  If you have moved, you

   will need to notify the Front Office).

- Click: 2-Contacts (Review, Add or Change any contact information).

- Click: 3-Medical Information (Check any box that applies).

- Click: 4-Documents (Check all boxes).

- Click: 5-Authorizations and Prohibitions (Check: Yes or No, then SAVE).

- Click: 6-Final Data Confirmation

                  (Please confirm that the information on previous tabs is correct.  Check

              boxes).

- Click: SAVE.

 

New Students to Oceanside Unified and Lincoln:

How to:

- Click on: PRINT AIR REGISTRATION link

- Click: English or Spanish

- Click: Enroll a New Student

- Click: 2018 – 2019

- Click: Create a New Account

- Enter parent name, email address and a “password”

(If you already have an account set up from another child that you have    previously enrolled, please Login under ‘Existing User’).

- Read Terms of Service

- Click: ‘I agree’ if you agree to the terms of service.

- Type Student information in the boxes provided.

- Once the account has been created, you will receive an email from ‘Oceanside USD    

  Enrollment’.

- Continue with Registration by entering all information requested.

- Review ‘Enrollment Confirmation’

- Click: Finish and Submit

- Print 2 copies

- Clic en: Entre su correo electrónico ó escoga “Create New Account/Crear una Nueva Cuenta (si todavía no ha creado su cuenta)

- -Clic en::1-Student Demographics (repase toda la información en la página  “Demographics” para confirmar que nunca la información ha cambiado. Si ha movido, necesitará avisar la oficina.)

- Clic en: 2-Contacts (Aquí se puede Repasar, Añadir o Cambiar alguna información de contactos)

- Clic en: 3-Información médico (marque en cualquiera cajita que se aplique).

- Clic en: 4-Documenos (marque TODAS las cajitas).

- Clic en: 5-Autorizaciones and Prohibitions (marque: Sí ó Nó, y luego clic en SAVE).

- Clic en: 6-Confirmación Final de Datos

                  (Por favor, confirme que toda la información en las secciones previas está correcta. Marque en todas las cajitas.)

- Clic en: SAVE.

Proof of Residency Required at Registration

Accepted:

Utility bills

Mortgage statements

Rental agreements

Cable bills

Homeowner or renter insurance  

Any document which has a service address tied to the residence   

 

Not Accepted:

Cell phone bills

Auto insurance

Bank statements

Driver’s licenses

 

Shared Residency

If your student was on a Shared Residency during the 2017 – 2018 school year, in order to continue on a Shared Residency for the 2018 – 2019 school year, you must  renew your Shared Residency form at the Educational Support Services (ESS) Building located at 2080 Mission Avenue. You must bring a new Shared Residency form, which can be found online at www.oside.us under the Student Services tab or is available at the ESS.  This form must be signed and accompanied by two proofs of residency in the name of the person who signed the form in section B.  Acceptable proofs of residency include:  utility bills, mortgage statements, rental agreements, cable bills, homeowner or renter insurance or any document which has a service address tied to the residence.   Cell phone bills, auto insurance, bank statements and driver’s licenses are not acceptable proofs of residency.  This must be done prior to completing the registration process at the school site.
