2019-20 Registration Information

First Day of School

August 19th

7:30am – 2:08pm


In order for your child to be in class on the first day of school, he or she will need to be registered. All students need to register, even those who are returning to Lincoln. Our registration schedule is as follows:

August 1 - 2 Computer Lab open from 4 pm - 7 pm to print Data Confirmation Sheets

August 8th – Registration Day for 8th graders; Times: 8 am - 10 am & 12 pm - 2 pm

August 9th – Registration Day for 7th graders; Times: 8 am - 10 am & 12 pm - 2 pm   Must have Tdap Vaccination

August 12th – Registration Day for 6th graders;  Times: 8 am - 10 am & 12 pm - 2 pm

August 14 Make-up Registration  Times:  8 am - 10 am & 12 pm - 2 pm  - No photo ID available this day

August 28 Make-up Picture Day (During School Hours)

Students need to accompany their parents on registration day due to the fact pictures and ID cards will be taken on registration day!

Please register your child and bring two proofs of residence and a data confirmation sheet from the Aeries Portal (see below).  7th graders will need a proof of their Tdap vaccination (for low/no cost clinics, click here: or call 1-877-243-8832 to locate a provider. Be prepared to pick up textbooks and to purchase needed items at the student store. If you have children in more than one grade level, you can register them both on the same day.

New Immunization Requirements Effective 7/1/2019

For the 2019-2020 school year, any child enrolling in a California school, or advancing to a new school within a District needs to meet the new immunization requirements in effect at the time of admissions.

If a child is advancing to 7th grade in the fall 2019 or later, the child must meet the 7th-grade requirements in effects at the time of entry into 7th grade as follows:
      1 dose of Tdap vaccine
      2 doses of Varicella (Chickenpox) vaccine

If a child has an expiring personal beliefs exemption prior to attending school on or after July 1, 2019, the child will need to meet all current immunization requirements.

- Click: 1-Student Demographics (Review the information on the Demographics

   page to confirm that all information is still the same.  If you have moved, you

   will need to notify the Front Office).

- Click: 2-Contacts (Review, Add or Change any contact information).

- Click: 3-Medical Information (Check any box that applies).

- Click: 4-Documents (Check all boxes).

- Click: 5-Authorizations and Prohibitions (Check: Yes or No, then SAVE).

- Click: 6-Final Data Confirmation

How to:


- Click: English or Spanish

- Click: Enroll a New Student

- Click: 2018 – 2019

- Click: Create a New Account

- Enter parent name, email address and a “password”

(If you already have an account set up from another child that you have    previously enrolled, please Login under ‘Existing User’).

- Read Terms of Service

- Click: ‘I agree’ if you agree to the terms of service.

- Type Student information in the boxes provided.

- Once the account has been created, you will receive an email from ‘Oceanside USD    


- Continue with Registration by entering all information requested.

- Review ‘Enrollment Confirmation’

- Click: Finish and Submit

- Print 2 copies

Shared Residency

If your student was on a Shared Residency during the 2017 – 2018 school year, in order to continue on a Shared Residency for the 2018 – 2019 school year, you must  renew your Shared Residency form at the Educational Support Services (ESS) Building located at 2080 Mission Avenue. You must bring a new Shared Residency form, which can be found online at under the Student Services tab or is available at the ESS.  This form must be signed and accompanied by two proofs of residency in the name of the person who signed the form in section B.  Acceptable proofs of residency include:  utility bills, mortgage statements, rental agreements, cable bills, homeowner or renter insurance or any document which has a service address tied to the residence.   Cell phone bills, auto insurance, bank statements and driver’s licenses are not acceptable proofs of residency.  This must be done prior to completing the registration process at the school site.
